Mentoring & Coaching
Sometimes there is simply no substitute for individualized attention. . ETM Associates are well equipped to advise others on career and personal goals ranging from learning to sell, to becoming a senior decisionmaker (CIO, CEO, COO, CFO), to guiding entrepreneurs in building their own companies. Depending upon your interests, the right mentor can share experiences, save you time and trouble, open doors.
Dr. Rhoads will help you determine which consultant would work best for your career path. (Sorry, Dr. Rhoads' schedule does not allow her to mentor individuals anymore, but ETM Associates are excellent mentors.) That consultant will help you strategize and plan your goals (how to increase your income, how to plan for your future, how to determine your life balance) as well as give advice on specific situations (what to do at tomorrow's meeting, what to say to your client or your boss, how to sell that idea).
Joining the mentoring program gives a year of unlimited access to your mentor by email, phone, fax, or mail (as well as meetings if mutually convenient). Phone calls will be returned within 6 business hours and all written correspondence will be answered within 24 hours. Contact can be daily, weekly, or monthly - choose a style that works for you.
